Where do I ship my device to for repairs?
Our repair centre is located in Orlando, FL. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping address upon checking out for your repair.
You don’t need my SIM Card, do you?
Don’t worry; we’ve got our own SIM cards to test the phone with. There’s absolutely no question of you sending in your SIM Card along with your phone.
What about my pass code?
Well, as much as we hate asking for it, the fact remains that we do need your pass code for obvious reasons— that is to check certain functionalities of the device such as the camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. And if you do not wish to reveal your pass code to us, we wouldn’t be able to vouch for complete functioning of your phone.
Can you bill my shipping account with FedEx or UPS for return shipping?
Of course! We do that all the time whenever one of our loyal customers has asked for it. Just call at our helpline number and have our service representative arrange for it. Also note that we can’t be held accountable in case of lost package during transit back to the customer if the return transit mode has been provided by you in the form of own shipping label or shipping account.
Is there a way to pay for repair services or parts other than online transaction?

Issues related to Water Damage
Is the water damage sensor replaced in the water damage service?
No. What the water damage service essentially does is get the phone/device functioning completely with replacing/repairing all the required parts except the water damage sensor.
Is the logic board replaced in the water damage service?
Repairing/replacing the logic board is one of those rare parts of the device that can’t be included in the service because of its high cost. If, through diagnosis, it is found that the logic board has been damaged beyond repair, our technicians will return the device and your money will be refunded.
My phone decided to take a swim in a liquid that I believe wasn’t water, can I send it for water damage service?
Do not hesitate to send in your device regardless of what kind of liquid it was dropped into. However it is known that salt water is highly corrosive for electronic devices, but it is no reason for you not to send it in for a free diagnosis. If our technicians ascertain that the phone can’t be recovered to its former state, you will pay nothing. So we don’t see any problem for you to just get your device checked with us.
So I know the liquid in which my phone decided to take a plunge was salt water indeed, do you think it would be a waste getting it checked?
Please do! As we said earlier there’s no harm getting it checked because it won’t cost you a penny! Just call on our helpline, speak to our service representative and have it arranged.
What ought to be the plan of action if my device fell in water or any other liquid?
Well, after having survived the ordeal, and we understand how stressful it might be for you, do not try to switch on the phone because that might result in a grave short circuit. Well, Should I like let my device dry out and see if it’s working again or not before I send it in?

For example, if your home button is not functioning properly, the issue may be caused by the home button flex, the lower dock connector assembly, the Logic board, or any combination of the three since the phone was water damaged. How long do I have to stay away from my dear phone if it has been water damaged?
We generally take something between 24 and 72 hours to repair your phone back to new depending on the extent of damage. The given time estimate may however differ depending on the damage caused. But don’t worry we don’t like to keep your phone away from you for way too long.
What happens when my water damaged device can’t be repaired back to life?

Glass & LCD Breaking Issues
I dropped my phone and the screen is not responding to my touch, wonder if the glass repair fix this problem?
Yes, any non responsiveness your phone is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality. How to tell if my phone needs a LCD repair or not?
If you think there are any dead pixels, or the screen has turned white or is bleeding, then you will need the LCD and Glass repair service because the LCD has suffered irreparable damage.
What do I do if only the glass is shattered and is chipping off, do I need the glass replacement service only?
Yes. The entire glass face will be replaced by the glass replacement service.
Is the warranty valid on screen repair services?
Definitely! All parts that are repaired or replaced are covered under the lifetime warranty that Xpressfix offers. However any subsequent damage to the phone after the repair has been done will not be covered under the warranty.
The parts that you replace in my device, are they original Apple spare parts or OEM?
It would be interesting, if you already didn’t know, that Apple Inc. isn’t a manufacturer themselves, what they essentially do is design the components and outsource the manufacturing to various companies in China where they are assembled too. Thus, it strikes out the option of having our parts supplied by Apple Inc. but our vendors go through the exact same OEM specifications and even our expert technicians, more often than not, can’t tell the dissimilarity.
